Conditions of Refunds and Exchanges
A couple of notes on eligibility for returns or exchanges:
- The lovely customer (you) will cover all return postage costs.
- Your return must reach our warehouse within 100 days of your order's delivery date.
- Once delivered to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once processed.
- We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number to ensure proof of delivery back to us - we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing without proof of delivery.
- To ensure success, please return your product in unused, clean, saleable and new condition in the original packaging. Otherwise, we may reject your return.
- To avoid incurring a $15 cleaning fee or having your return declined, ensure the glasses are free of fingerprints, makeup or dirt. Send them back spotless 🎇
Don't love your Glamour Glasses? Heartbreaks can happen, we understand. We want you to be in LOVE with them! Send them back to us with the above conditions for a refund.
We will send you an email once your return is received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will issue your refund to your original payment method within five business days. Yay!
We understand that the fit or style might not always be perfect (although we try!), so we will happily help you exchange your glasses for your perfect pair!
We will ship your exchange to you for FREE (AU & NZ customers only). On second exchanges for a single order, an $10 shipping fee is payable. Customers outside AU and NZ are required to pay the shipping for an exchanged item.
If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, we will action (refund or invoice) the dollar amount difference once we process your exchange. Returning an exchange for a refund will include a $10 service fee.

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale / discounted items are non-refundable, but you are welcome to return them for store credit.
Note: Orders using discount codes are not considered 'Sale Items' and are eligible for a refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you didn't receive a refund yet, don't stress! Firstly, double-check your bank account and contact your debit/credit card company and your bank! Often, there is a delay before your refund is officially processed. Still no luck after contacting your bank? Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
