Love it, or send it back - it's that easy. Our peace-of-mind policy allows for no-questions-asked returns within 100 days of delivery for non-prescription items.

Conditions of Refunds and Exchanges
A couple of notes on eligibility for returns or exchanges:
- The lovely customer (you) will cover return postage costs.
- Your return must reach us within 100 days of your order's delivery date.
- Refunds are not applicable for sale items or prescription orders.
- Once delivered to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once processed.
- We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number to ensure proof of delivery back to us - we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing without proof of delivery.
Product Condition
- To ensure a successful return, please send your product back in its original packaging, unused, clean, and in a saleable condition. If these conditions aren't met, we may reject your return.
- To avoid incurring a $15 cleaning fee or having your return declined, ensure the glasses are free of fingerprints, makeup or dirt. Send them back spotless. 🎇
Non-Refundable Items
Prescription Glasses
Prescription glasses are non-refundable and all sales are final. Prescription orders are tailored to you and cannot be altered post-manufacture, as our optical supplier in Sydney custom-makes the lenses.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale / discounted items are non-refundable, but you are welcome to return them for store credit.
Note: Orders using discount codes are not considered 'Sale Items' and are eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Final Sale / Sample Sale
'Sample Sale' or 'Final Sale' items are not refundable or exchangeable and are excluded from the change of mind or returns policy. The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our Site and / or at checkout.
Refund Process
Don't love your Glamour Glasses? Heartbreaks can happen, we understand. We want you to be in LOVE with them! Send them back to us with the above conditions for a refund.

(New!) Self Serve Refund Process
- Ensure your return meets the conditions stated above.
- Mobile: On our site, click the hamburger menu
button from the top left corner of any page. Then press the
"Log in" button. -
Desktop: On our website, click the
icon at the top of any page.
- Enter the email you used for your purchase.
- You'll be prompted to enter a verification code from your email.
- Once you've done that, you will see your past orders. Click on the order you'd like to return and follow the rest of the prompts. Super convenient! 😎
- Please ensure that your name and order number are visible on the returned item's package. 😊
Still not sure? Feel free to contact us at info@glamourglasses.com.au to initiate the refund.
An email will be sent once your return is approved, and another when it is received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue your refund to your original payment method within five business days. Yay!
Exchange Process
We understand that the fit or style might not always be perfect (although we try!). We will happily help you exchange your glasses for your perfect pair.
We offer FREE shipping for exchanges to our AU customers. Customers outside AU are required to pay shipping costs for an exchanged item. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs of eligible exchange items back to us.
If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, we will action (refund or invoice) the dollar amount difference once we process your exchange. Returning an exchanged item for a refund will incur a $10 service fee to cover the shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, don't stress!
Our refunds may take up to a month to process from the time we're notified; we truly appreciate your patience.
Still haven't received your refund? Firstly, double-check your bank account and contact your debit / credit card company and your bank. Often there is a delay before your refund is officially processed.
